BEACON is a Sci-Fi themed Action Roguelite. Played as a top-down shooter, you must fight your way through a randomly generated hostile world, all the while trying to locate your distress beacon and escape the planet on which your ship has crashed.
BEACON's key gameplay tenet is the use of fallen enemies DNA to augment your own when you die and a new clone is generated.
It is currently available on Steam Early Access, Itch.io, and will soon be arriving to Xbox One.
I was responsible for the overall creative direction, game design, branding, and creating 2D/3D assets for the game.
